Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using MyLo AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Parent or guardian accounts only

MyLo AI accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. By creating a child profile or sending a play link, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and that you allow the child to use the worksheets you assign.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and give accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Contact support@myloaigen.com if you believe someone else has access to it.

Plans, limits, and payment

MyLo AI offers a free plan and the paid Parent Plus plan. Child profile limits, AI worksheet quota, question limits, and personalization features depend on your plan and are listed on the pricing page. Parent Plus is bought one period at a time (monthly or yearly) through Paddle, and payments do not renew automatically.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to create content that is harmful, hateful, or unsafe for children;
• share your account or resell generated worksheets as a commercial product;
• bypass plan limits, AI quotas, or security controls;
• scrape, copy, overload, or attempt to reverse engineer the service;
• upload source material you do not have the right to use.

Content and ownership

Templates, curriculum content, and the MyLo AI service belong to us and remain our property. Worksheets you generate are for your own family's personal, non-commercial practice. You are responsible for any material you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use it.

AI-generated practice content

Some worksheets are produced with AI assistance and can contain mistakes. Review a worksheet before assigning it. MyLo AI is a practice tool for parents: it is not a school, it does not issue official grades or assessments, and it does not replace a teacher.

Privacy and child data

The Privacy Notice explains what we store, how play links work, and how to request deletion. In short: child profiles stay minimal, and child names are not sent to AI by default.

Availability and changes

Features can be added, changed, or removed, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page always shows the current version.

Ending your use

You can stop using MyLo AI at any time and request account deletion from your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the service, or put children or other users at risk.

Limitation of liability

MyLo AI is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on generated practice content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
